INSURANCE

Our physicians participate with most insurance plans as well as Medicare and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. If you are uncertain if we participate with your plan, please consult with the Member Service Department of your insurance company. The phone number can be found on your insurance card.

For those patients with insurance, we will bill your insurance company. After your insurance has paid, your portion is due and payable immediately following insurance reimbursement.

If you are a self-paying patient, you will be expected to pay for the charges in full as they are incurred. A Patient Accounting representative will be made available if other financial arrangements are required.  For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks and all major credit cards. 

If you have Medicare we will bill all claims. We will also bill your supplemental insurance company for office visits and operations if you have provided that information to us. If you do not have a supplemental insurance, the balance is due after Medicare has paid. If your insurance company routinely pays you, please forward payment after Medicare processes your claim.
