Benign and Malignant Growths
Most skin lesions are harmless and simply require monitoring over time to ensure they do not become cancerous (malignant). In cases of malignant growths, and some benign growths, the lesion will need to be removed. The good news is most all skin cancers can be cured through early detection and early removal.
